Hygienic Pressure Transmitters
The hygiene flush diaphragm transmitters are ideally suited to fulfil the pressure measurement requirements of the food, dairy and pharmaceutical industries among others. The cleanliness requirements of the food processing industry have dictated the "hygienic" design of these transmitters. They can also withstand without damage the various cleaning phases specific to these industries: sterilizing cycles, autoclaving and steam flushing.

Configurable Pressure Transmitter
FlexBar HRT is a loop powered, configurable pressure transmitter. FlexBar HRT measures the pressure by means of a polysilicon strain gauge sensor. The electronics are separated from the media by a thin diaphragm and an oil-filling. Three different oil fillings are available including a mineral oil complying with demands from FDA for use in the food and pharmaceutical industries.

Flow Sensors
Insertion Flow Meter
Burkert insertion flow meters has been designed for pipes with diameters ranging from DN 06 to DN 400 and liquids having a conductivity > 20 μS/cm. The transmitter is a magmeter made up of an electronic module and a sensor which armature is in PVDF or stainless steel. It is fitted with a 4-20 mA output, a pulse rate output and a relay output. The different parameters can be programmed by means of 5 switches, a push-button and a 10 led bargraph.
Sensors - Level and Conductivity
Potentiometric level measurement
The level measuring device LSP05X utilises the potentiometric measurement and can be used for a large variety of liquid media.
The instrument is ideal for measurements in small vessels with tough,
pasty or strong adhesive media, such as ketchup, honey, and toothpaste and provides a continuous 4...20 mA output. Due to the high temperature limit the LSP050 is well suitable for CIP and SIP processes.
Inductive conductivity sensor
The ISL05x is a sensor for inductive measurement of conductivity. The compact design in all stainless steel enables installation in pipes from DN40 and upwards. Precise, configurable temperature compensation and remote setting of the four pre-configured measuring ranges make the ISL ideal for a wide range of conductivity measurements. The optimised flow geometry and the fast response time makes the ISL05x particularly suitable in applications for separation of medias and measurements of cleaning agents in CIP equipment.
Temperature Sensors
RTD and Thermocouples are sensors used throughout various applications to measure temperature. They are rugged, interchangeable and require no batteries or external power sources to provide an output signal. Whether you are looking for replacement wire, thermocouple sheaths, immersion probes or magnetic couplings MTA has the products to fit your application needs.
I/P Convertors
The I/P Transducer is an electropneumatic device that reduces a supply pressure to a regulated output pressure directly proportional to an electrical input signal. They accept a wide range of supply pressures, ranging from a minimum of 3 psig (0.2 BAR) above the maximum output up to 100 psig (6.9 BAR). Model selections include General Purpose, NEMA 4 Type Option, Extended Range, High Relief, Intrinsically Safe and Explosion Proof.
